Case Studies – Sovereign at The Star

As part of record’s package of automatic revolving, swing and swing doors installed at The Star’s recently upgraded and expanded Sovereign VIP gaming room are eight C 127 floor mounted automatic swing door operators to the outdoor gaming and garden areas. 

For each outdoor entrance a record Diamond Series glass roof revolving door is installed to minimise the air flow and noise however to comply with disabled access and emergency egress requirements, adjacent automatic swing doors are required and to ensure the most frameless entrance design possible, the C 127’s fully concealed floor mounted direct pivot design proved to be ideal. 

The doors are activated via green push buttons mounted on free standing bollards made from aluminium RHS members clad in Rimex quartz champagne stainless steel sheet.
